The groundwork story of FTA Group started with delivering services and solutions by the founders of the group in commercial, financial and legal areas in the UK and abroad in 1990.

Having diversified their service range with delivering Entrepreneurship and franchise consultation, bank instruments, as well as trading industrial solutions and equipment, Oil & Gas, metals and organic fertilisers, the founders of FTA Group shifted into stock markets, import and export activities and property development and management since 2000.

In accordance with the changing business environment of the UK and EU in 2016, the founders of FTA Group achieved an investment in these areas of activities and increasingly enhanced their business volume. Thanks to their expanded expert pool, the founders closely followed up the changing market situations as well as emerging consumer choices and needs.

Upon the incorporation of FTA Group Ltd in 2016, a great step was taken towards the vertical integration of the FTA companies incorporated in the EU countries and Middle East in order to make contribution to the economic and social life of countries in the regions by building a bridge between FTA companies.

Having continued its development as a group of companies and strengthened its existence through integration in the areas of activities, the FTA companies gathered under the roof of a Holding, and took the name of FTA Group Ltd in 2016.
